In this Portuguese elections, Israelis also have the right to vote! Listen to Adv. Itay Mor in an interview with the “Transfer to Sunday” program at the “Kan” Corporation

“These elections are only the basis for the next elections because in the next elections there are already hundreds of thousands of Israelis and Jews who can vote and influence in a very dramatic way.”

This is what adv. Itay Mor, the chairman of the movement “Over the rainbow Portugal” said in an interview on the “Transfer to Sunday” program with Liat Regev of the “Kan” corporation, about the parliamentary elections that are taking place today.

In the interview, he told about more than 150,000 Jewish and Israeli citizens seeking citizenship and about more than 30,000 eligible voters, with the Jewish presence in Portugal becoming more significant over the years. In these elections, there are two parties that according to the polls go very close and it is not clear which party will choose in the end and therefore the voice of the new Portuguese citizens – the Jewish voice has weight. These votes, even if individual compared to the entire Portuguese population of about 10 million inhabitants, can affect here and there who will form the coalition.
